Send the request from the guardian account email and describe whether you want to review, export, correct, or delete information. Do not include a child's voice clip or other sensitive attachment in the first message. Read the Privacy Policy for the verification process.
Clinical or emergency questions
StarSeeker cannot answer medical, diagnostic, therapy, or emergency questions. Contact the child's qualified professional or local emergency service for those needs.
